I get that yellow crust every morning. I always thought that was just sleep. After fifty, everything gets blamed on sleep. Some of it is. I'm not sure this is.

It never occurred to me that it was a symptom of anything. You don't bring up sleep gunk at an appointment. One morning of looking first is enough of an experiment.
